We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once we accept the return, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
